Didn't post yesterday as some laptop security issues meant I was attached to the damn thing till 2330hrs last night.



Only 4.5 miles trail with 300ft ascent done yesterday. It was just miserable and blowing a gale, I was tired, just one of 'those' runs. Never mind :)



Try to get out tonight after daughter and grand-daughter have left (came to say goodbye) for another 4 or 5 miles so can keep mileage up.
