Sunset run over Hill of Park

 12.97km/8.01 miles with 1363ft ascent over Hill of Park today at sunset. Gorgeous it was. Felt better today - still a bit weak and throat really sore but the hills didn't present too much of a problem. And any stomach gripes I did have were purely self-inflicted (we went for lunch at Mitchells in Inverurie - not that the foods bad, its just they do rather large portions).

Still icy in bits but its a nice change to be able to run on earth and grass again.
